The virtual environment provides experience operating a modern freestanding top-slewing tower crane with a trolley jib.

Industrial controls and instruments mimic real world crane controls with readings for slew angle, working radius, lowering depth (hook height), and load weight. Function keys change perspective in the virtual environment so that the operator can gain an understanding of how the crane operates within the worksite.

Tower Crane Virtual Controls and Operation

The industrial strength crane controls provide an authentic experience to train tower crane operators. The control sticks include 8 push buttons for the thumb and a trigger. Controls are available with table mount brackets to mimic positioning relative to a crane operator’s chair, or complete your heavy equipment training setup with our Simlog Operator Chair.
