DESCRIPTION:  \nWhere:   \nOakland High School – Mechatronics Classroom \n2225 Patriot Drive \nMurfreesboro\, TN  37130) \nTime: \n8:00 AM- 3:30 PM (1/2 hour for lunch) \nShort day on Friday – Out at Noon \nAbout:  \nThis workshop will cover some of the basics as a refresher\, but the main focus is to prepare teachers to take the CSWA exam at the CTE conference (Nashville) in July 2018.  We will doing hands on projects that resemble what is on the exam.  Furthermore\, we will walk through the process of: \n– how to become a SolidWorks Certified provider \n– how the exam is laid out \n– how to retrieve exam vouchers \n– how to set students up to take the exam. \n– What is available as far as resources – MySolidWorks.com \n– What the CSWP (Professional) exam is all about \nWhat to bring: \nSomething to take notes with \nWhat will be provided: \nA trainer that is SolidWorks certified and a lab full of computers for teaching.  Handouts supporting the workshop \nWho should attend: \nIf you are a TN instructor that has experience with SolidWorks software and is looking to get certified or to learn more about the process.  This workshop is for Tennessee instructors only.  If you are interested in attending or hosting an event like this in your area\, please reach out to your area salesman for more information. \n  \n \nIf you have questions please contact:  \nAndrew Rittmeier \nandrew@ttaweb.com \nPhone: 859-757-1455
